Scheduling of Interventions [iOS/Android]

With Intervention Schedules, you can decide when one sec intervenes which apps to further customize one sec to your everyday needs and wishes.

For example you could intervene your social media apps in the morning, in school or at work, while having them not intervened in your lunch break or on the weekend.

1. Open one sec, navigate to Customize and scroll down to Intervention Schedule.

2. Tap "+ Add App-Specific Schedule".

3. Name the New Intervention Schedule and select the apps you want to have intervened.

4. Select the hours that one sec’s interventions should be active.

5. Optional: You can also set up an individual schedule for each day of the week with the toggle at the bottom "Customize per day".

6. Tap "Save".
