Managing TestFlight Notifications and Participation

You can actually manage notifications, emails and participation for the one sec TestFlight beta yourself.
To do so, open the TestFlight app and select one sec.
To manage notification settings, select Notifications.
To leave the beta program, select Stop Testing at the very bottom.
