How do I cancel my subscription?
The cancellation process depends on where you originally purchased your subscription:
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store
Since all subscriptions are managed by Apple, you need to cancel directly via your Apple ID:
Open the System Settings app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Tap on your Apple ID (your name at the top).
Select Subscriptions.
Find one sec in the list of active subscriptions.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Your one sec Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will switch back to the free version.

If you subscribed via Web (Paddle)
Go to web.one-sec.app and sign in with your account.
Tap on the menu (top right) → Billing and select the subscription you’d like to cancel.
You’ll be forwarded to Paddle’s subscription page to confirm the cancellation.
