Similarly to Scheduling the Interventions itself, you can also schedule to block apps completely. Instead of the intervention, a blocking shield will be displayed that won't let you access the app at all.

There are two ways to create a Recurring Block in one sec.

1. Navigate to the Block Tab OR go to Customize and scroll down to Scheduling & Automation > Recurring Blocks.

2. Tap "+" and Schedule" or "Create Block Schedule". 

3. Name the New Recurring Block and choose if you want to Block Selected Apps/Websites/Categories or Block All (with selected exemptions) and save your selection by tapping "Done"

4. Toggle on or off for having a strict block or normal block: If strict mode is enabled you can't pause or leave the ongoing block before the time is over.

5. Select the active hours for the block schedule.

6. Optional: You can also set up an individual schedule for each day of the week with the toggle "Customize per day".

7. Tap the blue checkmark.

You will be able to see and edit your Recurring Blocks with all your other blocks in your Block Tab, or them solely in the Recurring Block Chapter in Customize.

If you tap on the floating block stack above the Tab Bar, it shows you the block shield with which apps are blocked and which times the block will stay active.

The block feature is still in beta, so you need to opt-in to try scheduled blocks on Android.

1. Navigate to the Block Tab and tap the ample/ three stacked dots button

2. Tap on Advanced Block Settings and Toggle on Try scheduled blocks (Beta).

6. Optional: You can also set up an individual schedule for each day of the week with the toggle "Schedule per day".

7. Tap Save.

You will be able to see and edit your Recurring Blocks with all your other blocks in your Block Tab as Timeline or as List.
